It's Carnival Time

To the native New Orleanian there are a few things that come with the territory of carnival season. Enjoying that first slice of king cake and the friendly, but serious argument about who makes the best. The feeling of cheering on the marching band and dance team of your high school alma mater as they pass during a parade. We've been through the ropes and know how to survive carnival season with one arm tied behind our backs while the other is shielding your face from beads. A parade is the perfect outlet to show locals and tourists alike that we not only know how to have fun, but also look good doing it. It's not easy, but someone has to do it.

All of Hickory Chicks' Mardi Gras shirts and accessories are locally made, so not only will you be rocking a new look this Mardi Gras, but supporting local designers and businesses as well. All of our featured designs can be purchased at our River Ridge location. We will happily accommodate orders over the phone if you live out of town. 504-324-2454.
